just done with "Meal Planning" with sulynn via fb chat. ahhaha.
Here's what we derived:(i hope i got it all right)
Breakfast- 2slices bread w tuna
250ml skimmed milk
Snack- (Mom will decide)
Lunch- (Mom decides the place to dine & i choose a main meal off menu)
Snack- 3Quaker Boscuits
Yogurt
Dinner- Sweet & Sour fish with rice
Apple
Supper- 4mini redbean buns
yakult/milk(?) ops
