i sweaar i am a pig slash glutton today. but dont feel as full as Tuesday.
Here's what i had:
Breakfast- 3Quaker Apple Cinnamon Biscuits
Snack- Fruit salad
Lunch- Black Pepper Chicken Wrap (b.p chicken, onions, lettuce, peppers)
Had a cinnamon sugar pretzel after that to make it up for the beverage&cookies i was supposed to have with chicken wrap.
Snack- Apple pie from Mac's. (no beverage again ops!)
Dinner- Turkey & Bacon Sandwich (The Cafe Cartel)
Mutton Murtabak
Supper- 3 Muah Chee (Molly's)
6 Tau Sa Piah
8mini buns
so constipated still, hopefully the food helps!
