Supper @ MacDonald's

Just went to have supper @ Mac's! Well, apparently TOAST BOX don't seem to see the Ice-cream Thick Toast already, so no more ): Mac's is equally goood! Ordered Classic Apple Crumble instead of Cinnamon Melts or Hot Fudge Sundae. ahhaha. Thought Cinnamon Melts was pretty sweet. Wanted the Fusion Berry Cheesecake initially, but don't know why ended up choosing apple crumble! Ordered Iced Caramel Macchiato to go along with it :) Good combination i'd say! Good supper. Currently munching on Raspberry & Apple Strudel Pop Tarts while typing this!

Shopped around Cold Storage while waiting for Mom to end her class. Was on the line with YEOH SULYNN as well cause had an Ed attack again. k, while walking to kovan, i kept telling my mom how fat i am and that i should start restricting to lose weight cause my thighs touch. I really don't know my real weight! SUCKBIGTIME. Water Retention is definitely making things worse for me, but easy for Ed. W.R. makes ne "expand"=fat=restrict=Ed wins (vicious cycle) and refeed, and the whole cycle repeats again. Mentally unsound. And i heard that in order to get my menses back, my body must have certain percentage of fats. Gonna GOOGLE it :) Hopefully it's true then i will know when my body is actually functioning well and the weight i need to maintain at. OH. And i bought SCONES for Breakfast from Swiss Bake (one of my fav bakery!) Will be having that with strawberry yogurt drink :) Tomorrow's gonna be another boring day i suppose. Gag. Just feel like staying home till my water retention subside 90%? Don't wanna go out looking like this and feeling uncomfy in my clothes, esp shorts! Hope all this ends soon ):

When the going gets tough, the tough get going

Just had dinner! Had Western Cuisine again! Yum. Very filling! :) having a tummy, THAT IS ABSOLUTELY NORMAL (reminder to self) hehe have to constantly remind myself to prevent a relapse. Tough, but yeah no choice. ITS A MUST.

Fried Rice with Chicken Chop

Lunch and Dinner were both from the same store. But apparently, Lunch aka Fried Rice with Pork Chop tasted nicer than dinner's. No drinks to go along with it cause Mom forgotten about my Iced Teh! ):

Well, i guess i didn't eat as much as yesterday! But didn't restrict on purpose either yay. That's another accomplishment! Had, 3 Tau Sar Piah, Raisin Cream Cheese Bread, Fried rice w Chicken Chop, Fried Rice with Pork Chop, Iced coffee and snacked on ~3Tiger biscuits, 3 Nougats, 2 peanut stuff heee hee. Now, the question is "WHAT'S FOR SUPPER?" Cause i didn't have 2 Proper snacks and Beverage before dinner. Mhmm, guess i wasn't hungry cause late lunch early dinner and it was very very big in quantity!
Not sure if i should accompany Mom to Kovan HeartLand Mall later... She's having Pilates class @ 8.30-9.30pm, and said i can have supper there @ 9pm while waiting for her. Isit a good idea? Hmmm.
Part of me wants to go with her cause I have a sudden craving for Ice-cream Toast from Toast Box,and the nearest outlet is @ Heart Land Mall! But I also feel like trying Mac's Cinnamon Melts! Or maybe a Hot Fudge Sundae? Haha.. However, Part of me don't want cause I'm too lazy to go out :x But if i don't go, there's nothing much left for supper except some biscuits! OK GUESS I SHOULD GO MUST GO WILL GO LOLOL.

Anyway, I realised that I am still not strong enough to fight Ed on my own. When out buying lunch today, kinda listened to Ed): screw it. Thankfully I've Simin and Mom!!! If not i guess i'll probably have had cereal and milk instead. Lucky i didn't! Still can't be left on my own devices, ahhaha. but SOON k, SOON.
OH! And came by the Raisin Cream Cheese Bread calories while searching for the pictures! It's high in calories, but worth it! Still gonna continue having it since i LOVELOVELOVE it. hee.

An Ed-free life lets me have them

I really missed so many delicious desserts, foods, drink etc.. due to Ed. How i wish i could recover overnight! ): Went to GOOGLE (ILOVEGOOGLE) for pictures oof foods I've been thinking about but didn't dare eat at that time because Ed said no. Going against Ed now no matter what! Without Ed, all this YUMYUMS can be consumed without guilt :)

Hola Molaaa! thanks to mom who woke me up for breakfast, if not i would have continued sleeping LOL. Had an awesone start today! Munched on 3 salty Tau Sar Piah and raisin cream cheese bakery bun. (both are damn addictive!) thank god for the awesome bakery downstairs :') OH! and yesh, dinner last night! Had sweet and sour fish AGAIN, but with extra rice and eggg! Damn filling till i couldn't have supper ): but it's ok! Had fun vacuum-ing the house too hehe at least there's something to do! So satisfied now that the house looks much clean-er! (Y) *pat on shoulder* Watching IRIS currently and i must say its quite an addictive show hahahaa found pretty much stuffs to do to distract myself after eating! E.g. blogging, thinking about awesome stuffs i'd be able to do after recovery and being declared healthy!, facebook(maybe not that useful), reading, IRIS-ing, cross-sitching etc... Headed to get lunch after that, had some problems though. Ed was stopping me. ): But i know i can't let it stop me. Called SiMin and asked her what i should eat and stuff, came to no conclusion cause i was so indecisive! SO, called Mom instead. And yeap, ended up buying Fried Rice(contains strips of egg, chicken, fried spring onions, sausage) with Pork Chop @ $5.50! GOOD IN QUALITY, HUGE IN QUANTITY! Bought a Iced coffee to go along with it too :)

My Love for Food

From morning till now, i did an absolute good job! ATE MUCH MORE THAN WHAT I PLANNED! &didnt count calories, didnt restrict and best of all, I ATE THROUGHOUT THE DAY EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT HUNGRY! ITS BETTER TO OVEREAT THAN UNDEREAT. at least my body still has nutrients rather than being deprived of it! yay. feeling more normal now, without my hips bones protruding out disgustingly and having a tummy YAY :)

OH! and realised that eating throughout the day gives satan aka Ed no chance to barge into my mind and attack me, making me feel fat disgusting unworthy of food etc. also, its not a "When i am hungry then i eat kinda thing", but its more of "i need to eat, so Ed dont pull me down". GET THAT? EAT AND EAT AND EAT! ITS A BLESSING TO EAT! I experienced this today! i didnt restrict and didnt felt hungry prolly due to constipation but i ate! and was super happy and energetic. no mood swings, no Ed attack! k, what i ate from morning till now! (Won't be in the bf,s,l,s,d,s form cos its too much snacking in between!)

What is in my stomach CURRENTLY: 4Raisin Cream Cheese Buns, 10TIGER ENERGY biscuits, Fried Chicken Cutlet Noodles Dry, 4 Cheese Tofu, Char Siew Soh,Japanese Swiss Roll(HIGH IN CALORIES BUT I COULDN'T CARE) Raspberry Yogurt with Garnola&Crunchy Oats, Multi-grain Bagel, 4small square Berries Chocolate, Andersen's Ice-cream(Macadamia Nut and Forest Berries!), 3 Tau Sar Piah, Egg Sandwich(contains 1.5slices bread,ham,egg,cheese&TOASTED!!!)

THAT'S DEFINITELY NOT ALL OKAY <3 still have dinner and supperrrrr :P
Might be getting Sweet and Sour Fish Rice again cos i love love love it but PLUS an EGGGG! then snack snack snack again. hahaa will post again later!

No longer immune to hunger

i am so hungry now! wokeup to grab some tiger biscuits! god, it was heavens! YUMMM YUMM YUMMMMM!

Can't wait for 6.30+am or so to get 2 bakery buns! last night, i felt really stupid. its as if Ed was controlling my life AGAIN. After dinner, i was "forced" by Ed to exercise and yeah i gave in and did 40Pushups. k, the thing is i ain't even supposed to do 1! why on earth did i do 40?! Esp when i was dgagamn tired after 10 but continued. gag. Had a talk with mom and dad, and they are reallyyy supportive yay <3 i got mom to force me to eat when i dont wanna eat and stuff, really hope not to slip back again and i think my stomach has kinda shrunk. :x neeed to get it back on track again! so digestion takes place faster LOL. constipation still here, so, MORE CARBS!
Will be having main meals outside i suppose, other than breakfast!
Maybe this's what I'm gonna have?

Before Breakfast- 4 TIGER biscuits

Breakfast- 2 bakery buns (prolly 1 cream cheese and idk)

Snack- hopefully yoguru(love love that!)/slice of cake/cookies!

Lunch- main meal+fruit

Snack- have to skip it, since gonna have late lunch due to church!

Dinner- main meal

Supper- 5-6TIGER biscuits+milk

k, still hungry x.x gonna get them soon!

guess that actually planning the meal beforehand and promising someone that i will do it is pretty useful! i kinda kept to it(except the beverage part) and actually woke up for breakfast!

Generally, today is a tired day! but hey i got myself a new SWATCH watch @ $100+! Am a hairpeee girl now. k just done with dinner, bloated >_< turning in early tonight i guess, gotta wakeup for church tomorrow!

I FINALLY WOKEUP ONCE JUST TO HAVE BREAKFAST. SEE! now i guess meal plans actually works? esp when someone is watching you ahhahaha.

Heading off to Airport about an hour+ later for Midmorning Snack and Lunch! hope all goes well(: gonna take pictures as evidence that i ate the food yayy.

Today's! 28Oct

Today was a bad day. I overslept(not deliberately i hope) and skipped breakfast. throughout the day, was restrictive as well. and ED took its toll on me, i was so badly affected, felt fat the whole day, wanted to die, isolate myself from the outside world and stay home sleeping. BUT that restriction didnt last! i am so glad. THANKS TO MOMMY AND YEOH SULYNN ILOVETHEMSOMUCH<3 (: i cried, and mom cried cause she was so mad at herself for being unable to help me. seeing her cry really breaks my heart and made me realise how UNWORTHY HAVIBG ED IN MY LIFE IS. ED has brought NOTHING, absolutely nothing to my life, except making me look so disgustingly emanciated and miserable. not only misery to me, but to those around me. i am more DETERMINED than ever to recover! i know this route has ups and downs, and today was one of those downs day, but i arent gonna let today take me down. i know the more determined and motivated i am, the stronger Ed will become, trying to overpower me. just gonna find ways and distract myself.

What i ate TODAY;

Snack- 2slices bread w cheese
Strawberry Yogurt

Lunch- 2slices bread w Half(small can)tuna, veg
250ml skimmed milk

Snack- Yoguru original(regular cup) w Garnola

Dinner- Egg fried rice w pork floss @ Xin Wang HK Cafe
Ice honey green tea (shared)

Supper- still deciding, maybe 3Quaker biscuits/4mini buns(red bean/chocolate)/1pack nature valley bars/5 Boudoris
250ml skimmed milk

I doubt its enough? the calories? but ohwell, what can i do since i restricted throughout the day, its so unhealthy to cramp all calories at night.

Food do aid constipation

Today's! 27Oct

i sweaar i am a pig slash glutton today. but dont feel as full as Tuesday.

Here's what i had:

Breakfast- 3Quaker Apple Cinnamon Biscuits

Snack- Fruit salad

Lunch- Black Pepper Chicken Wrap (b.p chicken, onions, lettuce, peppers)
Had a cinnamon sugar pretzel after that to make it up for the beverage&cookies i was supposed to have with chicken wrap.

Snack- Apple pie from Mac's. (no beverage again ops!)

Dinner- Turkey & Bacon Sandwich (The Cafe Cartel)
Mutton Murtabak

Supper- 3 Muah Chee (Molly's)
6 Tau Sa Piah
8mini buns

so constipated still, hopefully the food helps!

Yesterday's Intake; 25Oct

Brekkie- 2korean kpop biscuits

Lunch- Fish Fillet wrap with cheese

Snack- 3Quaker Oats cookies

Dinner- Korean Noodle w Black Bean Sauce
Swensens Banana Crumble(SINFUL)

After Dinner Muchies (GREATLY SINFUL CALORIFIC STUFFS)- 2raisin cream cheese buns
1 Fire floss bun
1 Yam bun
2 Waffles(kaya,pb)
Milk Tea

Snack- 3Steam cakes (pumpkin, carrot cake, yam)
1 Kinder Buneo

it was so sinful omg. and i put on 1.9kg overnight. LOL i know its not real weight, cant wait for all the fake weight to go away. and aint hungry at all, can literally purge out ytd's meals

What i intend to have TODAY;

Morning snack- 3Quaker Oats cookies

Lunch- Fish fillet wrap w cheese

Snack- Apple

Dinner- rice w dishes, soup(homecooked!)

Snack- 4red bean sunshine lil buns/apple (either one)

ohshucks i am so constipated :x

Today's diet is pretty restrictive but honestly i am not hungry at all, at least till the constipation is gone!

Tomorrow appt first thing 9am with Dietitian and Dr Lee HY 1150am :(
